In anticipation of the start of the 16 Days of Activism to End Violence Against Women tomorrow, we are launching our new logo! This logo communicates not only that Women’s Shelters Canada is a network of exchange, action, and care, but that it is also a unified voice in the work to end violence against women. WSC strives to elevate the work of organizations throughout the network as they build communities and safe spaces, as well as facilitating knowledge sharing. In this iteration of the three-dimensional heart structure, the network is shown in multiple colours to reflect the idea that there are a variety of shelter/transition house services and organizations represented. A purple colour is used to highlight the connective paths generated by Women’s Shelters Canada.
