Promising Practice Submission Form

Submission Form that members fill out and Chandra receives as email

Does your shelter have a practice you want to share with others in the sector? Tell us about it using this form. Once we receive your submission, our advisory committee will review your practice based on the questions below.

• Does the practice include specific actions that can be taken? Is it “ready-to-implement”?
• Has it been useful to the shelter or transition house?
• Does the practice improve services or operations in some way?
• Could it be replicated elsewhere?
• Does this practice add something new to shelter/transition house services or operations?
• Does it reflect an anti-oppression, anti-racism, trauma-informed, and client-centred approach to shelter work?

If your practice is selected by the committee for inclusion in the library, we will reach out to you to gather more information. We look forward to your submissions!
